Often toddlers will resist sleep and it can be a challenging task for a parent to settle them. Ensure your toddler is ready to sleep – Both overtiredness and undertiredness can affect your toddler’s ability to get to sleep. Ensure that you are not putting your child to bed too early. Watch out for overtired signs in the lead up to bedtime and if you notice that your little one is showing these signs then bring the bedtime forward.
